Six RHB-Robotics autonomous transport vehicles in a plant hall: three NXS 300 plus IL vehicles with a Euro pallet, with a lifting platform and with a roller conveyor module
RHB-Robotics · AMR portfolio

Your load carrier decides which vehicle you need.

Autonomous mobile robot systems, from the small load carrier to the pallet.

Start with your load carrier
Load carriers

Do you have to replace your load carriers?

As a rule, no. The vehicles are designed for what is already on production floors. We check specific dimensions of what you have in use and get you the result before the quotation, not after.

Carts for small loads

In its base version the NXS 300 handles standard Carts with a clearance height from 120 millimetres.

Carts, racks and roll containers

With common carts from Fetra Fechtel, Jungheinrich and Still the IL 600 and IL 1200 are already tested and in use. We check your existing load carriers in relevant dimensions and, where needed, find an individual solution.

Pallets and mesh pallet containers

NXS 300

The vehicle stays the same, the version depends on what you move.

Compact and maneuverable

One base, three versions

The NXS 300 transports stacked small load carriers up to 300 kilograms. The omnidirectional drives bring the vehicle to a top speed of 2.0 metres per second. Safety is handled by 360° all-round monitoring.

The three variants

NXS 300 Base under a Cart with stacked small load carriers

Base

For Carts carrying small load carriers in the 600 × 400 millimetre format. The base version covers most applications.

Fork length 600 mm · Vehicle length 1057 mm

NXS 300 Extended with two stacks of small load carriers

Extended

For transporting half pallets in the 800 × 600 millimetre format.

Fork length 800 mm · Vehicle length 1257 mm

NXS 300 Top Roller with a load carrier on driven rollers

Top Roller

For direct handover to and from a conveyor, without lifting the load carrier. The height varies via the lift function and / or with spacers.

Payload up to 100 kg · Height compensation from 400 mm

Base and Extended differ only in fork length. The principle stays the same: pick, lift, transport. The Top Roller works differently. It does not lift the load carrier but transfers it via driven rollers to an existing conveyor or to transfer stations.

Fine positioning applies to approaching a fixed point. The accuracy that results in the process depends on the load carrier and the cycle. You get the figures for your case during the sizing.

Large load carriers

IL 600 and IL 1200

For carts, pallets, mesh pallet containers and conveyor.
IL 600 and IL 1200 are two robot types, each optimised for a different load capacity.

Fast and strong

The base variant

At 225 millimetres in height, the robot fits under carts and racks where every centimetre counts. The footprint is 1455 by 630 millimetres. The integrated lift function raises your load reliably.

Navigation works with map, odometry and IMU and does not require floor markings. It is designed to work with the infrastructure you already have.

The three variants

For IL 600 and IL 1200, the base vehicle is the same but the attachment on top can change. The Lifting Unit is the base variant with an integrated lift function; on the Load Module and the Top Roller it is extended by dedicated attachments.

For Carts and Dollys, with and without castors

The vehicle drives under the load carrier, lifts it with the integrated lift function and brings it safely to its destination.

For pallets

The load is transported on the vehicle. Pick-up and drop take place at a floor-mounted transfer station, the interface between the process and the AMR.

For installations with conveyors

Driven rollers on the vehicle transfer the load carrier to a conveyor and take it back automatically. The attachments come with a fixed or an automatically adjustable height.

Fleet and connection

VDA 5050, genuinely connected.

The vehicles can be connected via VDA 5050 and are in daily use in established fleet management systems, without additional middleware.
If you already run a fleet, our vehicles join in.
If you are starting from scratch, we will supply the fleet master control.

Your IT

stays with you

Orders come from your systems and evaluations go back to them. The connection runs through the interfaces of the fleet management.

Fleet management

You or us

The level that distributes orders, plans routes and triggers charging. Our vehicles are proven in the field with established systems. If you already run one, it stays.

The vehicles

stay with us

NXS 300 and IL 600 or IL 1200 communicate VDA 5050 natively. In a mixed fleet they run alongside vehicles from other manufacturers under the same control system.

Accessories and peripherals

What belongs to it besides the vehicle.

A fleet does not run on vehicles and software alone.
Charging, transfer and attachments all come from us.

Charging stations

Opportunity charging between transport orders, without battery changes. The station is approached by the fleet management and the vehicle positions by itself.

Transfer stations

Floor-mounted transfer stations for Euro pallets and industrial pallets as the interface between process and AMR.

Handover to conveyors

For working with existing conveyors. The handover only starts once the vehicle is precisely in position and it runs directly between the top roller module and the vehicle.

Modules and adaptations

Beyond the portfolio we develop and produce to your requirements on request.

What matters

Three things that matter in an AMR project.

01

Robust vehicles

Hardware that stands up to shift operation. Designed for industrial use and built to the standard of automotive production.

02

Open ecosystem

VDA 5050 with a deep implementation rather than just compatibility. Ready for your fleet management, whether SYNAOS, NAiSE, KINEXON or another system.

03

Reliable cooperation

One contact who knows the project. From first contact to daily operation.

Next step

If you would like to know more, get in touch.

At the start there is no quotation, there is your layout. From that it results in which vehicles are needed and how many, and whether transport can be automated at all.
